We have no comment on most of this three bedroom house in Del Rey (except for that girl on the swing who looks poised to attack visitors--we have to mention that one), because giant topiary animals trump everything else. This appears to be a bison grazing in the small green patch behind the house--the listing calls it "a stunning topiary," but doesn't offer more details. Like, for instance, who made it? Is it original from 1971? And most importantly: does it come with the house? If we don't know that, how do we know if the $619,000 listing price is fair?
