The northeast corner of Lincoln and Broadway in Santa Monica is filling right up with NMS Properties's two new mixed-users--the under-construction Luxe@Lincoln and the almost-done Luxe@Broadway right next door. The Luxe@Broadway includes the historic Quonset Hut, a historic pre-fab structure that's been in Santa Monica for decades, and will likely be a cafe or other retail establishment when the Luxe@B goes online early next year. Both Luxe@B and Luxe@L will feature 97 apartments, 7,000 square feet of retail, and a lot of underground parking. Luxe@L will also get a big sycamore tree in front of it when it opens in April. If you've walked around Santa Monica, you may have noticed other Luxe-like properties--NMS lists 18 built or under-construction developments in the city.
