Well, it looks like Brad Grey, CEO and chairman of Paramount, is now chairman of the bored-with-Frank-Sinatra's-house. The Hollywood Reporter is Hollywood-reporting that Grey has just listed the Holmby Hills residence for $23.5 million, less than a year after he bought it for $18.5 million. The 2.3-acre property hosted the star-studded wedding of Grey and his new bride Cassandra Huysentruyt this past spring, but, the mogul's real estate agent, Steven Shapiro, tells THR that the newlyweds "have 'fallen in love' with another home Grey owns nearby in Bel-Air and have opted to remain there," rather than embark on a significant remodeling project. Not explained is why the purportedly in-need-of-major-remodeling Mediterranean is worth $5 million more than Grey shelled out for it.
