A few weeks ago, one of architect Pierre Koenig's early homes hit the market; today, it's joined by one of the architect's last projects, 1981's Gantert House. Sited on a ridiculously steep lot at the end of a private drive in the Hollywood Dell, the cantilevered steel and glass Case Study-esque residence was described by Koenig as his "most difficult project." The two-level, 1,994 square foot home features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a gas fireplace, marble baths, a walk-in closet, and some pretty damn dramatic views. It's listed at $2.3 million.
