The Arquitectonica designs for the 19 story, Broad Museum-adjacent apartment tower got their first approval today, from the Community Redevelopment Agency. The building is the first residential component of the Grand Ave. master plan and is supposed to break ground in 2012. It'll still need to be approved by the Grand Ave. joint powers authority. [AP]
