About a week later, the owner must've said "screw it, let's sell this puppy," and it was listed at $1.75 million. Not four months later and the Los Feliz house has sold for $1.32703 million, according to Redfin. So what if it's a little Freeman House For Target--it sold much faster and for much closer to asking than any of dad Frank Lloyd Wright's textile block houses have lately.
