The famous, partly-finished pink mansion of Runyon Canyon has entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy, reports the Wall Street Journal. We reported in January that it (and its 22 acres of land) had been listed for sale at $15.2 million, despite having no certificate of occupancy and expired permits. Owner Timothy Devine tells the WSJ "the property is '97% close' to getting the proper certifications that would enable someone to live there." Meanwhile, the property's armed security guard isn't going anywhere. [WSJ]
