A.," but doesn't list an architect--we dug up one directory that links the address to modernist and architectural advocate Bernard Zimmerman, and it certainly looks like it could be his work (see his house for photographer Marvin Rand), although he would've been pretty young at the time. The units are all one bedrooms and according to the listing take in $89,376 in income per year and are "easy to rent." With rents starting at $1,000 in this part of Silver Lake, it's probably right on. Asking price for the building is $995,000.
