The selection this week is all about Hills houses that have been built in the last year. We have a three bedroom in Beachwood Canyon finished this year and asking $2.85 million; a five bedroom in the Hollywood Dell, just recently finished and asking $1.699 million; a three bedroom up Nichols Canyon that wrapped up construction about a year ago asking $1.999 million; and a three bedroom above the Sunset Strip that was just finished and is asking $3.195 million.
