Even in the dead news days of late August, we can count on a Michael LaFetra update. The serial modern collector, who seems like he's always buying and/or selling something significant, has sold his lovely Rex Lotery-designed house in Beverly Hills. LaFetra listed the 1960 house almost exactly a year to the day after buying it from its original owner, asking $10.295 million. A sale just closed on Friday with a final sale price of $8.75 million, according to Redfin. For that money, the new owner gets a pool, a greenhouse, a meditation garden, and a hot five bedroom showpiece house, all on a one and a half acre flag lot in Beverly Hills.
