West Hollywood officials have dismissed $15,000 worth of Chris Brown's parking tickets, it was revealed in a probation hearing yesterday. Brown racked up all those tickets, as you may recall, by parking in his building's disabled spaces, which he says were actually assigned to him. The judge also said she'd gotten a lot of complaints from Brown's neighbors, who the singer has been at odds with pretty much since moving into the building in March. [AP]
