What a mysterious tease this little two bedroom, one bathroom house in Eagle Rock is. We've been sucked in by its beamed ceiling, original sconces, fantastically green kitchen tiles, brick fireplace, and hell, even the weathered-looking "picturesque shed with artistic potential." But where's the bath "in pristine condition"? Where are the bedrooms? Where's the "spacious patio"? Ah well, the price also seems (probably appropriately) a bit short--the house last sold in 2007 for $632,000 and is now asking $399,000.
