There was all sort of comedy/tragedy in the works around the the intersection of Fifth and Flower Streets by the Central Library this afternoon. Here's what has to be the most comical over-saturation of temporary parking restrictions of all time. And they came along with some impending doom for anyone heading to the 110 Freeway entrance on Fifth Street. The photos speak for themselves, but this isn't the first time tree-fixers ASPLUNDH have ruined the morning/afternoon of thousands of Angelenos. By the looks of things, it won't be the last time this week.
