Historic Harvard Heights Heineman & Heineman Almost Gone

New, 9 comments

Say hello--and goodbye--to Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument No. 818, the J.R. Dennison House. The Harvard Heights Craftsman bungalow was custom-made in 1913 by Arthur and Alfred Heineman for James Dennison, a director of the San Dimas Orange Growers' Association. Featuring five bedrooms, four and a half baths, two fireplaces, original bathrooms, original wood detailing, and an updated kitchen, the Mills Act property was listed three months ago with an asking price of $675,000; a sale is now pending.
