Holmby Hills Estate Comes With Its Own Nightclub

New, 48 comments

Back on the market this week is Steven Wallace's Holmby Hills house--after his stint in the Marine Corps, Wallace founded discount brokerage firm Pacific Brokerage Services. His 27,816 square foot house was built in the nineties, and that pretty much says it all. It comes with three elevators, a two-level library, three family rooms for people who don't like their families very much, and a detached nightclub called Atlantis. Guess the Marine Corps left an impression... The house went on the market in May 2010 asking $28.5 million and has been chopped down to $27.5 million, which is the exact number it was priceupped to back in 2006 before spending a few years off the market.
