Rooster sauce is leaving Rosemead and heading to Irwindale, where Huy Fong Foods is building a new 655,000 square foot factory and corporate headquarters. The old Rosemead facility can produce up to 20 million bottles of Sriracha a year, but the new facility will be able to pump out 10 times that, so you can stop rationing your rooster.
