HOLMBY HILLS: Good Morning America sat down with young Petra Ecclestone this morning to find out why the 22 year old bought Candy Spelling's 56,500 square foot house, The Manor. (Ecclestone paid $85 million in cash this month.) She says: "It was a great investment and I got a really good deal and it's kind of like prime real estate." [GMA]
