People and dogs are loving Runyon Canyon to death, according to Hollywood Patch, and at a City Council Arts and Parks, Health and Aging Committee meeting yesterday, Councilmember Tom LaBonge even said that "Someone suggested the park should be closed for a year just to let it recoup because it’s been beat down." While a closure is pretty unlikely, the park does have erosion and traffic issues. And that parking solution still hasn't materialized after all these years. [Hollywood Patch]
