Parties are apparently getting out of control all over Los Angeles and now the city is considering a party crackdown ordinance, similar to one recently passed in Newport Beach. The rule would include major fines for party-throwers. According to the Daily News, Hills homeowners can earn thousands renting their houses out for parties and all they have to do is let a bunch of drunk people and sticky-fingered chefs have the run of the place for a night (one guy had all his spices used up by caterers).
