Cats in Aerospace

New, 11 comments

Northrop Grumman has been housing a sanctuary for feral cats in a corner of its property in Redondo Beach for 16 years now, reports the Easy Reader News. A group of employees started looking after the cats in 1995 (back when the company was TRW, before NG acquired it) and got permission to keep the cats in a little cinder block area meant for dumpsters. They've also made sure the cats are fed, immunized, and spayed or neutered, at an annual cost of more than $4,000 a year. [Easy Reader News]
