Chris Brown in Parking Space Battle With WeHo Condo Developer

It doesn't make a lot of sense that 22 year old singer Chris Brown lives in a seven unit condo building on Fountain Ave. in West Hollywood, and it doesn't really seem like it's working out that well either. TMZ reports today that Brown is in some kind of legal tussle with the building's developer over a couple of disabled parking spots. Brown has apparently been ticketed several times for parking in the spaces; his lawyer says they came with his condo and that the developer didn't disclose they were for disabled drivers. The building manager says Brown is also parking in other disabled spaces.

Back in March, right after Brown moved in, a source told Radar that he was keeping the whole building up with partying, while the neighbors told Curbed "frankly we wish to remain out of it." TMZ says Brown is now "at war with his fellow West Hollywood condo owners, who claim the rapper is the neighbor from hell, parking in handicapped spaces, blasting music, and racing dogs in hallways." Racing dogs?? On top of all that, someone's carved "CB" in the elevator door.

Brown paid $1.6 million for his full-floor penthouse.
