When a tipster told us this 1929 house in Hancock Park has a hot pink and lime green ferret painting (barely visible in photo three), we were immediately on board. The cavernous tiled bathrooms, the "Gaudiesque grand entrance," that second floor sitting room, the elaborate ceilings, and all the other old school Hancock Park embellishments are just icing. The house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, an outdoor barbecue, a gated motor court for three cars, and, shockingly, no entry on the Movieland Directory. Asking price is $3.399 million.
