This Bel Air home built in 1962 by architect Richard Dorman sold in 2007 for $3 million. It's on the market again but this time it's a rental at a steal (internet sarcasm) for $25,000/mo. We spy some shiny black surfaces and we all know what that means! If only the house would embrace its maximalist, party pad furnishings and lose the utter-lack-of-color palette.
