Publicist Ronni Chasen's old condo at the Regency Wilshire has surfaced on the open market following rumors last month of a pocket listing and potential sale. Chasen was murdered last year in Beverly Hills in a strange, sad, and much-discussed case (it made it to Law & Order: Los Angeles), and TheWrap reported in June that the two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo was being sold for "at least $950,000." A potential buyer mentioned back then seems to have fallen through, and here's the eighth floor unit on the MLS, declaring itself "Former home of an agent to the stars" (an earlier version used Chasen's name). The 18-story Regency Wilshire has a pool, gym, 24-hour concierge, and valet parking. Asking price for the condo is $1.2 million; HOAs are $1,400 per month.
