More photos added at 2:52 pm The eastish-side flipping culture has been making its way into a lot of new places lately--Pasadena, new construction, and now condos. ModOp Design, the flipper firm run by architect Welton Becket's granddaughter Alexandra and her husband Greg Steinberg, just unleashed on to the market a unit at the Los Feliz Towers. The one bedroom, one bathroom corner condo is on the second floor and has been "Renovated to preserve the original mid-century modern design aesthetic," according to the listing. It comes with two parking spots, and the building has a pool, gym, and party room, with monthly HOAs of $622.42. ModOp picked up the condo in March for $220,000, according to Redfin. Now they're selling for $339,000.
