Today Mayor Villaraigosa debuted the city's Development Services Case Management Office, which helps developers get their permits faster. The office is made up of staff from Planning, Building and Safety, Engineering, Transportation, and Water and Power, and assigns case managers to hold hands with developers through big projects.
