When this Trousdale mid-century was last on the market a little over a year ago, its listing copy suggested prospective buyers "bring [their] designers to perfect this fabulous Beverly Hills showcase." It certainly looks like someone took that advice and ran with it, as the home's new listing copy now reads like a Luxury Brand edition of MadLibs. Along with "Ann Sacks," "Gessi," "Bulthaup" and "Miele," one of the names the listing flaunts is "Hal Levitt," as in "previously designed by." However, the old listing mentions only that the house's exterior was designed by the architect, and it's unclear how much Levitt is left. At any rate, the half-acre property, previously a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath residence, now features five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a "drop down HD projection home theater, temperature-controlled stone wine room, walnut built-in shelving & Lynx outdoor cooking area, and ten-car motor court." The current owners, who bought the home for $4.6 million in April 2010, are looking to flip it for $14.9 million. The attached photo gallery contains both "before" and "after" pix.
