It's not a Gold Card special access program or workers participating in porn on company time, but there's more Department of Transportation behaving badly news out today. An audit by City Controller Wendy Greuel found that the department "does not have an accurate inventory of its parking meters and does not have proper controls in place to ensure all collections are being made...The findings also show the transportation department 'spends a substantial amount of money on faulty scanning devices that are used to track the revenue from parking meters'."
