North Hollywood is getting a new senior development on Klump Avenue (we couldn't let something happen there sans an Eddie Murphy joke), reports PATH Ventures, which creates housing for the homeless. Ground breaks on Wednesday for the five-story NoHo Senior Villas that's steps from the Red and Orange lines--49 units of housing, mostly for homeless seniors. No ground floor retail, but space for "management and leasing offices, a 600-square-foot community room, an examination room and offices for on-site mental health and social service personnel."
