Here's City Councilmember Tom LaBonge getting sworn in for his third term last night on top of Mt. Hollywood (he's pictured with high school teammate/NFL Hall of Famer Mike Haynes). LaBonge is a fixture on the foothills of council district four and the swearing in coincided with his yearly Summer Solstice Hike. Down below, don't miss LaBonge singing Elvis's "If I Can Dream" in lieu of giving a speech.
