Seems like hardly a week goes by lately without there being some action on the Michael LaFetra front. When we last heard from the trophy-home collector, he had just scooped up Ray Kappe's Gertler House in the Pacific Palisades. This week, it seems LaFetra is trying once more to divest himself of his Crestwood Hills A. Quincy Jones. Redfin notes a sale had been pending on the three-bedroom, two-bath historic-cultural monument home shortly after it was listed last June, but presumably it failed to go through. Previously listed at $1.899 million, it's now asking $1.799 million.
