New, 20 comments

According to a 2010 article in the Los Angeles Business Journal, this massive modern overlooking the Hollywood Reservoir was custom-built for fashion exec Arif Noor. Designed by husband-and-wife team Jeffrey and Rochelle Mills, the 9,385-square-foot house is, per its listing, "made up of two glass and steel boxes perched in and cantilevered from a series of exposed poured concrete walls," and features a steel-and-glass bridge connecting the two structures, five bedrooms, eight baths, a movie theater, gym, elevator, wine cellar, sauna, retractable glass walls, and infinity pool. The half-acre property was put on the market in January 2010 for $12.5 million; it's now asking $10.8 million.
