The house that Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea used to own on this property burned in the tenacious Malibu fires of 2007, and it looks like he's just finished building afresh. So of course now he's selling. According to the listing, Marmol Radziner designed the brand new, totally unstaged, probably never lived-in three bedroom, three bathroom house, which sits on 2.4 acres in Sycamore Meadows. It comes with a pool, outdoor fireplace, mature trees (miraculous!), and access to Escondido Beach. When his house burned, Flea had been trying to sell for $4.8 million. He's listed now for $4.795 million.
