Featured in Gebhard and Winter's Architectural Guidebook to Los Angeles, as well as Suzanne Tarbell Cooper's book Los Angeles Art Deco, the ornately-tiled Los Feliz Manor was designed in 1929 by architect Jack Grundfor. Per its website, there are currently a couple of vacancies in the thirty-unit building located near the the intersection of Los Feliz Blvd and Vermont Ave. One is an 800-square-foot one-bedroom on the top floor with 13-foot vaulted open-beamed ceilings, living room, dining room, and walk-in closet, priced at $1,800 per month, while the other is a 600-square-foot single one floor below, priced at $1,400 per month.
