Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky says he's been receiving tons of complaints from beachgoers grossed out by the state of beach bathrooms ever since budget cuts forced closure for some and adjusted maintenance schedules for others. He's asked that the Department of Beaches and Harbors find a way to cut back that does not include the potential for E. coli outbreaks.
