In extremely subtle vandalism news: someone has epoxied a new granite plaque on top of the old granite plaque at West Hollywood's Russian World War II monument in Plummer Park. The old inscription read "Dedicated to the honor of and in tribute to the World War II Veterans from the former Soviet Union," while the new one reads "Eternal Memory and Glory to Those Who Defeated the Nazism in the World War II."
