Revised plans have been submitted to the city by Prince Abdulaziz ibn Abdullah ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is seeking to build a very large residence in Benedict Canyon, reports the Los Angeles Times. The scale back version---originally he wanted to build a multi-parcel compound, a move which angered locals--is smaller and the "biggest difference between the original and the revised proposals is the elimination of a planned 27,000-square-foot 'son's villa.'
