This residence in the Silver Lake hills may look familiar to regular readers of the Los Angeles Times Home section, which ran a prominent story on it a few years back. Built in 2006 by owner/architect Sean Briski, the multi-level property features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, an office, concrete and hardwood floors, movable walls, and an open-plan living room with eighteen-foot-high ceilings and not one, not two, but three basketball hoops. Perhaps Mr. Briski has taken up a new sport, as he has just listed his home for $1.17 million.
