When first looking at this Eagle Rock fixer, we had an "Anne of Green Gables" flashback that began to evaporate--a bit--upon closer inspection of this one-bedroom, one-bath home. Why is the $340,000 asking price higher than comps, for starters? The listing: "Charming fixer on an expansive lot with exceptional views! This one bedroom bungalow style with a little Cape Cod, has two bonus rooms, a large formal dining room with original built-in china cabinet, a spacious living room and a breakfast room which leads to a wonderful covered patio." Will it be snatched up by flippers? We can already imagine a re-done living room, complete with a surfboard hung on the wall.
