A tipster passes on word that a Beverly Grove home designed by late German architect Konrad Wachsmann has been listed for sale. Designed in 1948, this 2,300 square foot duplex is the only US house by Wachsman, a former professor at USC. Wachsman also partnered with fellow Gernam architect Walter Gropius to develop the "Packaged House" a prefab home system. From the Craigslist listing: "Needs loving rehabilitation and update; original plans available. $835,000 Serious inquiries only please." No word on what street the home is located.
