The Pasadena Roving Archers are under attack from Pasadena locals who resent all the space they take up in Lower Arroyo Park, where they've been archering since 1935 (according to the Archers' president, theirs is the oldest field archery range in the world--that name seems to be a misnomer). The 350 member club officially has 18 acres in the park (but they say they use less), and the opposition wants more room for walkers. [Pasadena Star-News, image via]
