A car hovering over a pool--so very SoCal. This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom house in the Hollywood Dell, built in 1966, for the most part nails the whole swinging mid-century LA thing, with lots of wood and white (and occasional parquet?). Both of the bedrooms open onto the deck, but unfortunately we don't see a spa anywhere. According to Take Sunset, the house was listed in July 2010 at $1.049 million. It's been chopped to $939,000.
