A Metro rep says that NoHo Art Wave, the $1 billion development planned around the city's Red and Orange Line terminals, is grinding back to life, telling North Hollywood Patch that planners are "on the cusp of getting it going." That's at least slightly more gung-ho than the "renewed interest" we heard about in March 2010. The project includes 562 housing units, three office towers, 1.72 million square feet of retail, and 6,200 parking spaces. [NoHo Patch]
