For a place that's so Lincoln Center meets the Music Center in back, we were hoping for some operatic living areas in the front, but we'll have to settle for just a few arches in the James McNaughton-designed house in Palm Springs' Movie Colony neighborhood. The 1963 house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, "a sunken circular terrazzo conversation area," and, as you can see, a pool. The house last sold in 1995, post-foreclosure, for $285,000. Today it's asking $2.25 million.
