There's a Wright house under contract in Los Feliz! Sorry, it's not dad's Ennis, it's Lloyd Wright's Sowden/Jaws/alleged Black Dahlia House. The house has been owned since 2001 by designer Xorin Balbes, who's done quite a bit of renovation (and geode-ation) to the 1927 house. He first listed in 2006 at a mysterious asking price, then listed on the MLS in February this year asking $4.2 million. If you feel like you missed your chance, Sowden is still taking backup offers.
