Richard Dorman-Designed "Enhanced" 60s Mod in Bel-Air

New, 33 comments

Updated 2:35 pm: Here's a property perfect for Felix Unger types. This blindingly white three-bedroom in Bel-Air was originally designed by Richard Dorman in 1961, though its listing informs us it has been "carefully renovated" and "enhanced." Located on a 13,020-square-foot lot just south of the Stone Canyon Reservoir, it's got terrazzo floors, a fireplace in the living room, and glass walls aplenty. Last sold for $2 million in 2003, it's now asking what the listing calls a "realistic price" of $2.895 million. The house was also on the market starting in November 2009, when it was asking $4.2 million.
