The Westside, Downtown, Valley, and South Bay are going to be stocking up on electric vehicles in a few years, according to a study out yesterday from UCLA's Luskin Center for Innovation. KCET reports that those neighborhoods are predicted to have the most EV chargers and that Los Angeles as a whole is expected to be "a U.S. leader in EV adoption by 2015, when sales are projected to compose 9% of total car sales. 5 Years later, it could jump to 11.7%."
