We came upon this listing for sculptor Mineo Mizuno's home/studio this morning while investigating the boldly-priced places of Atwater Village, but it's a whole different thing from those new Atwater Crossing residences. The 1964 house "with later additions" is north of Glendale and right next to the river on half an acre, and has two bedrooms, two and a quarter bathrooms, Seussian landscaping, and a pool. As if the listing weren't synergizey enough for us, it says "We won't use the 'Z' word here, it is over used, but let's just say that peace and tranquility prevail throughout." Well-played, Crosby Doe. Asking price is $1.795 million.
