Goody two-shoes Pasadena is planning to dig up a parking lot and turn it into a three-quarter acre park, and it's even going to do it without losing parking--plans are to put the lot underground. The site at El Molino and Union was home to the Evelyn Boadway apartments before they were moved in 2008. Now the Pasadena Playhouse District is going after a $3 million grant to help build the park.
