Malibu Estate Has a Pool In Its Poolhouse and a Multi-Million Chop

Updated 5/11 6:40 pm: This Malibu poolhouse thinks it's a Greek temple and has an infinity pool in front, a huge pond on the side, and another pool inside. We can't quite make out the frieze, but we're willing to bet it depicts developer Richard Weintraub personally flipping off some delta smelt. This is part of Weintraub's massive complex, which made the rounds last fall when it went on the market asking $75 million or $34.5 million for select pieces, according to the Huffington Post. Those pieces have now been chopped now to $28.5 million, or you can lease it for $250,000 per month.
